Cookies

You may have noticed there is no cookie banner on this site. That is not an oversight — it's the point. This page explains exactly what TMPRD sets in your browser and why no consent pop-up is required for it.

1. What We Set: Functional Cookies Only

TMPRD sets only the cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in — the authentication and session cookies of our identity provider (Supabase Auth). They exist so you don't have to log in on every page, they are not used to track you, and they are not shared with anyone. Under EU and Dutch cookie rules, strictly functional cookies like these do not require consent, which is why no banner asks you about them.

2. Analytics Without Cookies

Our site and product analytics run cookieless, on EU-hosted infrastructure (PostHog EU). Usage is measured without storing an identifier in your browser and without building a profile of you across other sites. Because no analytics cookie is ever set, there is — again — nothing to consent to.

3. What We Never Set

No advertising cookies. No tracking cookies. No marketing pixels, no social-media embeds, no fingerprinting. TMPRD's business model is a subscription, not your attention — no ad-tech or cross-site tracking third party is present on these pages. The service providers that operate the platform (such as our EU-hosted analytics and our authentication infrastructure) process data only as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. If This Ever Changes

If TMPRD ever introduces a cookie that is not strictly functional, this page becomes the place where you manage it — and a consent banner will ask you first, before anything is set. Until then: no banner, by design.
